Renewed Hope Cities & Estates
Homes delivered under the Renewed Hope programme.
The Renewed Hope Cities and Estates Scheme is the Federal Government’s programme to deliver 100,000 homes, especially for families on low to middle incomes across Nigeria. It is a partnership between the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Continental Civil and General Construction Company (CCGCC) and FHFL as financier.
FHFL has committed to financing the pilot in Karsana, Abuja, set to provide homes for at least 3,000 families, and supervises construction in Janguza, Kano. Our role goes beyond finance, with project management and technical expertise to keep delivery on quality, on time and affordable.
