Overview

Registered in 2016 and operational since 2018, FHFL was established by the Federal Government of Nigeria as part of its Housing Intervention Programme.

Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is a dedicated housing finance institution committed to expand access to affordable homes for Nigerians while creating jobs and improving communities. Established as a partnership between the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (51%) and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (49%), FHFL is uniquely positioned to drive large-scale housing solutions across the country.

More than just a financier, we are a catalyst for transformation. By combining innovative funding models, sustainability principles, and strong partnerships, FHFL delivers homes that people can afford, in communities where they can thrive. Every project is guided by our belief that housing is not only a human right but also a foundation for dignity, stability, and economic growth.
