Corporate Strategy

Our 2026–2030 Corporate Strategy sets out what FHFL intends to deliver, how we intend to deliver it, and how our performance should be judged.

The strategy reflects a changed role. FHFL was created as a social housing fund. It now operates as a housing finance platform: mobilising capital from development finance institutions and the domestic market, structuring projects that private capital can lend into, and supporting the institutions, mortgage lenders, developers and state housing agencies whose capacity determines whether housing gets delivered at all.
