The Rental Housing Fund supports the development and financing of structured rental housing programmes, including Student Housing and Homes for Rent, through partnerships with public institutions, private developers and development partners. RHF deploys capital into purpose-built rental assets that are professionally managed, financially viable and aligned with defined affordability and social outcomes.
Through innovative financing structures, strong project oversight and collaboration with development finance institutions (DFIs) and government, RHF improves project bankability, mitigates early stage risk and mobilises private capital at scale.
