How we are governed

Strong governance is how we protect public capital and keep every naira working for Nigerian homes.

FHFL is governed by a Board whose members bring decades of combined experience across banking, development finance, law, architecture and public service. The Board provides strategic direction, oversees risk and ensures management remains accountable for the organisation’s performance and mandate.
