Family Homes Funds Limited (FHFL) is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with TAF Africa Global Limited (TAG), to provide affordable mortgages for the new homes being constructed by the developer at the Greater TAF City in Port-Harcourt, Rivers State. This collaboration aims to enhance access to quality housing for low- and middle-income families, fostering sustainable community development.
The Greater TAF City is a special housing programme designed for residential, work and leisure purposes located within the Greater Port-Harcourt Area of Rivers State.
The project comprising of 3,000 units is a partnership between TAF Africa Global Limited and the Government of Rivers State aimed at increasing access to affordable housing for the people of the state.
To make this dream possible, Family Homes Funds Limited has signed a cooperation agreement with the partners to provide affordable and flexible mortgages for the beneficiaries through the Help-To-Own Fund.
This partnership underscores FHFL’s commitment to empowering families with financial tools that support their journey towards owning a home.
